The Samovodska Charshia in Veliko Tarnovo is a fabulously beautiful street located in the old part of the city. They are very famous for authentic workshops of all kinds of masters. On it, tourists can buy all kinds of handmade items and souvenirs. At the very beginning there is a monument called “Velchova Zavera”. It was built next to the house of Velcho Atanasov, nicknamed Jamdzhiyat. On the way to the Samovodska Charshia, in a cross street, there is also the house of the writer Emilian Stanev, whose birthplace is Tarnovo. At the neighboring end of the is a monument to Stefan Stambolov, built in the 20th century.
With a walk through the ancient streets of the old capital city, only 15 km from it in the direction of the village of Hotnitsa, you can also see the Kaya Bunar waterfall. It falls from a height of 60 m. An eco trail and the Bohot river pass at its foot. The last spring from Kaya Bunar, and the area itself is enchantingly beautiful. From a height of 30 meters, the waters of the waterfall fall into a small lake, and all this creates a majestic natural picture, which, not by chance, leads Kaya Bunar to the list of natural national attractions.
